Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession as a self-employed person.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together; or
on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email at: support@swedelle.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

To initiate the refund process, the customer must follow the specified return procedures, including submitting clear photos of the product in its current condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

The refund will be processed no later than 30 days after we have received the returned product at our Asian warehouse and verified that all requirements have been met. This includes all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for express delivery options and return shipping).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or clearly customized to the consumer’s personal needs;
the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving:

the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery;
the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
